To explore the technical process of an NFT launch and understand the operational cycle, from managing manual asset drops to building engagement with a digital community.
Background
Nekumaru was my first Web3 exploration during the 2022 NFT hype. This project served as a vital stepping stone in understanding blockchain community dynamics and manual asset management.
Challenge
How to stand out in a saturated NFT marketplace as an independent artist while still in the early stages of refining my own signature style.
Solution
I focused on building a "Community first" experience through consistent, manual work. By adopting a "Visual study" of industry leaders, I was able to learn the standards of the market while dedicating my energy to providing high-quality service and transparency for every collector.
Reflection
Looking back, this journey was a vital lesson in integrity. While Nekumaru provided valuable insights into market dynamics, it taught me that true growth comes from choosing original paths. It is this experience that drives me to prioritize pure originality in every project I deliver today at Nekulab.
